Ranch homes, larger two-story plans and townhomes in a new-construction community less than two miles from Downtown Mooresville.
Local perspective
One of the things that stands out to me about Logan Farms is the location. Buyers can get brand-new construction while staying very close to Downtown Mooresville, rather than having to move farther out to find a new-home community.
Logan Farms also gives buyers an unusually broad mix of choices in one community, including ranch-style homes, larger two-story single-family homes and 3-bedroom townhomes. In my video tour, I take a closer look at the Hanover, one of the larger two-story plans offered here.
If I were comparing new construction in Mooresville, I would pay particular attention to the combination of location, home type and price point here rather than looking only at the advertised starting price. The lowest-priced options and the single-family homes are not necessarily the same product.
