At approximately 2,578 square feet, it offers five bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a first-floor secondary bedroom and an upstairs bonus room. For buyers who need that amount of space, the Frost II offers a lot of square footage for the price.
Lennar is currently advertising available homes from $335,000 after recent price reductions. That entry price applies to a move-in-ready Crane II, not the larger Frost II. Buyers should compare the specific plan, homesite, included features and current incentives rather than relying only on the community’s lowest advertised price.
