What stands out to me about Windgate is that it's a relatively small new-construction community with a surprisingly broad range of home choices. There are just 39 homesites, but Davidson Homes currently offers seven floor plans ranging from ranch-style homes to much larger two-story designs.
Location is another part of the appeal. Windgate is about three miles from Downtown Mooresville, so buyers can consider new construction without moving far away from downtown restaurants, shops and events.
